How do I know if my friends join ?
Once your friend has registered via the link provided, you will receive a notification e-mail from us confirming the membership.
How can I change my order after it has been placed?
Due to our work efficiency to ship your order to you, it will not be possible for us to modify your order once it is captured in our system when you entered purchase. This means you won't be able to change your delivery address as well. You may place an additional order at anytime. Therefore, please ensure the mailing address is valid and current.
Can I cancel an order?
Once the order is captured in our system, we will not be able to cancel your order as it is most likely in the process of shipping it out.
What does the comparative price mean?
Comparative price give you an idea of how much discount you will be getting from your purchase! It is the price that has the "strikethrough" over the amount above the selling price on our site. We seek out the retail price at which an item or comparable item may, in the reasonable judgment of our experienced buyers, be sold on an everyday basis (i.e. excluding special promotions or sales) at retail stores, including specialty or department stores and other non-discount sellers.
You may wish to use the comparative price as a guide in your evaluation of our prices. Because we sell our merchandise over the internet to a wide group of international customers, it may not possible to know if our merchandise is sold at the comparative price in any particular location or at any particular time. Comparative prices may be used as an approximate guide as to what you would or could have paid from other retailers
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all credit/debit cards and PayPal. For selected countries, we also offer other forms of payment such as installment plans or bank transfers. Please refer to your Event Listing page for more information on alternative payment methods for your Country of Residence.
Do I need PayPal account in order to purchase items?
No, you can pay by credit/debit cards without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page, you will be presented with two options: (1) Pay using credit cards (shown on the left side of page), and (2) Log in PayPal account. Just click on the link on the left to pay by credit/debit cards.

What's the shipping cost?
iMyBags will provide free shipping to worldwide. Custom duty charges applies. The price you see listed is what you will pay at check out for your country.
What's the shipping time?
Singapore and Malaysia up to 7 working days. South East Asia average 5 - 7 working days depending on country. Other Countries 5 to 14 working days.
What are your delivery time?
We deliver Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (GMT +8).
All orders require an acknowledgement upon receipt. Please take note that we will not be able to make changes to mailing address once the purchase has been made. Please ensure the mailing address is valid and current.
Do I need to pay Custom Duties and Taxes?
We ensure smooth and quick delivery upon orders, however customers are liable for all customs duties and any issues at country of delivery.
